These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and aes444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the aes444 website located at aes444.app and all associated services, games, promotions, and features.

By accessing the aes444 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the site, you unconditionally confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood this Agreement in its entirety.
• You agree to be bound by all provisions, policies, and rules referenced herein.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

aes444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where material changes are made, we will publish the updated Agreement on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not agree to any update, you must cease using the aes444 platform immediately and contact [email protected] to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

Use of the aes444 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following criteria before creating an account or placing any wager:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. aes444 is a strictly 18+ platform. Players found to be underage will have their accounts permanently suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned at aes444's sole discretion.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
3. Single Account: You may register only one account on the aes444 platform. Multiple registrations using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers are strictly prohibited.
4. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, and payment details — must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Providing false registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order. Attempting to register or use a secondary account while self-excluded is a serious breach of this Agreement.

aes444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or bank statement. Accounts subject to verification holds will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete. Deposits may still be accepted during this period at the player's own risk.

aes444 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). All account balances are held and displayed in BDT. There is no currency conversion applied to transactions, and no foreign-transaction fees are levied by aes444.

Accepted Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Visa card, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be added or removed at aes444's discretion without prior notice.

Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated at the point of deposit.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. aes444 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved.
• aes444 reserves the right to apply additional security checks to any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 4 before withdrawal is permitted.
• Players must not use the platform for money transfer or currency exchange purposes. Any account found to be depositing and withdrawing without genuine gameplay activity will be investigated and may be closed.

aes444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded to a player's account carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on all bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification. Players who have previously requested self-exclusion or who are subject to deposit limits are not eligible for promotional bonuses during restricted periods.

Prohibited Bonus Behaviour: The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer more than once.
• Coordinating bets with other players (including household members or associates) to exploit bonus mechanics.
• Placing low-risk or arbitrage bets that do not reflect genuine gaming activity, with the sole purpose of meeting wagering requirements.
• Using bonus funds in games that are excluded from bonus wagering contribution (such exclusions will be listed in the specific promotion terms).

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, bonus funds and free spins expire 7 days after they are credited to the player's account. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically and cannot be reinstated.

aes444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. aes444 also reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in error or in violation of this policy.

All games available on the aes444 platform are supplied by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers.

Random Number Generation: All casino game outcomes — including slot reels, roulette wheel spins, card shuffles, and crash multipliers — are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. aes444 does not and cannot alter these outcomes. The RNG systems used by our game providers are independently tested and certified by recognised third-party laboratories.

Return to Player (RTP): Each game displays a published RTP percentage that represents the theoretical long-run average return to players. RTP is a statistical measure over a large number of game rounds and does not guarantee results in any individual session. aes444 does not modify the RTP of any game from the value set by the original software provider.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or network disconnection, the outcome of the affected game round may be rendered void and any wager placed during that round returned to the player's balance. aes444 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions caused by the player's own device, network, or browser.

Sports Betting: Odds displayed on the aes444 cricket betting lobby and other sports markets are subject to change at any time up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Bets placed at odds that have since changed will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. In-play bets are subject to additional settlement rules specific to each sport and market type.

Disputes: Any dispute arising from a game outcome or bet settlement must be raised with [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed event. aes444 will review the relevant game logs and issue a final determination within 5 business days. The decision of aes444 is final in matters of game and bet dispute resolution.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the aes444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and may result in a report being filed with relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an aes444 account.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your aes444 account login credentials with any third party, or allowing any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Cooperating with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or fix the result of any sports event on which bets have been placed.
• Automated Access: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or perform any other automated activity on the aes444 platform without prior written consent.
• Money Laundering: Using the aes444 platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. aes444 is committed to anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance and reserves the right to report suspicious activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks or reversals with your payment provider after funds have been used for gambling activity. All chargeback investigations will result in account suspension pending resolution.
• Circumventing Security: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, probe, or otherwise compromise the security infrastructure of the aes444 platform.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request the closure of their aes444 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and no new account may be registered. Administrative Suspension: aes444 reserves the right to suspend any account at any time without prior notice if:

• The account is suspected of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
• Verification of identity, age, or payment method has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a non-zero balance.
• A regulatory requirement, court order, or law enforcement instruction requires the account to be restricted.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure — whether voluntary or administrative — all pending bonus balances and free spin awards are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances genuinely owned by the player and not subject to dispute, chargeback, or prohibited conduct investigation will be returned where aes444 is legally and operationally able to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aes444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the aes444 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling losses, which are an inherent risk of participation in gaming activities that the player accepts voluntarily.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to service caused by infrastructure failures, maintenance, or third-party provider outages.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Loss of data, account access, or gaming history caused by events beyond aes444's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Actions taken by aes444 in good faith in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including account suspensions, bonus forfeitures, and bet void decisions.

aes444 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Players use the platform at their own risk and are advised to maintain up-to-date security software on their own devices.

Nothing in this limitation of liability section shall exclude or limit aes444's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
